Travis Kelce: Travis Kelce's birthday was quiet. It was still special.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end turned 37. He spent the day in New York City with his wife, Taylor Swift.

He shared the details on the Wednesday, Oct. 7 episode of "New Heights." He hosts the show with his brother, Jason Kelce.

"It was a good day," Travis said. "It was a fun day." He said many people reached out to wish him well.

He also enjoyed a meal at Torrisi, one of his favorite spots. He said he got to spend time with Swift.

One thing made the day perfect. The Chiefs beat the Las Vegas Raiders the day before.

Travis called the win the best news of his birthday. It also lifted Kansas City to 4-0 heading into its bye week.

Jason retired from the Philadelphia Eagles in 2024. He asked if a loss would have ruined the day.

Travis did not hesitate. He said losing ruins everyone's life. He added that a defeat would have spoiled his birthday for sure.

Still, Travis said he is "not a big birthday guy." He did not even have a cake. Torrisi made up for it with a full dessert spread.

Travis described yogurt and an espresso shaved ice topped with ice cream and chocolate. He called the combination "weird" but "nice."

Jason pushed for more. He asked about gifts and celebrations. Travis laughed. He said he would rather keep things moving.

Now the Chiefs get a break. They return to action against the Los Angeles Chargers on Oct. 18. Travis said his plan is simple.

He will work out. He will also watch October playoff baseball, plus college and pro football.

The 4-0 start was a goal for the team. Travis said Kansas City set that challenge for itself. He is pleased with where the Chiefs stand.

He is even more excited about what comes next. He said the team is playing well together.
