Travis Kelce: Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has added a new property to his real estate portfolio.
He purchased a $5.35 million lakefront estate along Lake Erie. The Wall Street Journal first reported the sale.
The estate sits in Bratenahl, Ohio, just outside Cleveland. The property spans 3.5 acres and dates back to 1895.
The main home totals 21,140 square feet. It includes eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three half bathrooms.
The estate also features seven fireplaces, five garage spaces and a heated in-ground pool.

Public records reviewed by USA TODAY show the purchase was made through an Ohio LLC.
That entity was formed just days before the sale closed. Tax records for the property list André Eanes as the contact for tax correspondence.
Eanes has long served as Kelce's business manager.
The estate underwent a major renovation before the sale. The Agency Cleveland Northcoast said the restoration took about a year to complete.
The team preserved several original details during the process. These included carved walnut walls, leaded glass and marble finishes.
Modern amenities were added throughout the home.
A Storied Past
The property is known by the name "Moyenage." Angelina Bair documented its history for Case Western Reserve University's Encyclopedia of Cleveland History.
The mansion reflects an Elizabethan Tudor design. A black walnut grand staircase with carved lions anchors the interior.
The third-floor ballroom once operated as a speakeasy during Prohibition. In 1962, the CBS series "Route 66" filmed an episode at the estate.
The home's ownership history includes a quick turnaround. Its previous owner bought the estate for $1.95 million in 2023.
That owner then restored the property and relisted it for sale. The asking price initially reached $5.99 million. The home ultimately sold for $5.35 million on March 2.
The Agency announced the sale on Instagram two days later. The brokerage called it a record deal for the Bratenahl shoreline.
Agents David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of The Agency Cleveland Northcoast represented the transaction.
Ayers told The Wall Street Journal that the former ballroom now serves a new purpose. It was converted into a game room and home theater.
A gatehouse on the property also received an update. It now functions as a two-bedroom guest cottage.
Zawitz told the Journal the estate drew significant buyer interest. Multiple offers came in before the deal closed.
The agents did not disclose the buyer's identity to the outlet.
