Adam Frazier Trade: The Pirates have started what could be a busy Deadline. Adam Frazier is on his way to the Royals. Minor League infielder Cam Devanney comes back to Pittsburgh, according to a source.
The clubs haven’t made it official. Frazier returned to the Bucs this winter after a four-year tour of the league, with a Royals stint last season.

So far this year, Frazier owns a .255 batting average. His OBP sits at .318 and his slugging percentage at .336. He has 3 home runs and 21 RBIs on the season.
Pittsburgh’s return is Cam Devanney, age 28. He’s yet to make his MLB debut. He’s having a monster season in Omaha with 18 bombs and a .931 OPS.
Devanney comes over as a 40-man player.
That means trading Frazier doesn’t free a slot on Pittsburgh’s 40-man roster.
