The couple wed in Hawaii. Her ex-husband, Tobey Maguire, led the ceremony.
Meyer is 49. She owns Jennifer Meyer Jewelry. Ogunlesi is the son of Nigerian billionaire lawyer and investment banker Adebayo Ogunlesi.
A Ceremony With a Twist
The setting was the Four Seasons Resort Lanai. The guest list was packed with stars. Rachel Zoe and Courteney Cox attended.
So did Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti. Jeff Bezos and his wife, Lauren Sánchez Bezos, were also there.
Maguire's role made headlines. He officiated just weeks after his divorce from Meyer became official.
The divorce was finalized on Sept. 21. That came 10 years after the two split. It came six years after they filed.
A New Baby and a Blended Family
The wedding follows another big milestone. The couple welcomed a baby girl earlier this year. She is Meyer's third child.
Meyer shared the news in June. She paid tribute to Ogunlesi for Father's Day.
She called the first month with their daughter perfect. She also told him how much they love him.
Meyer was married to Maguire from 2007 to 2016. Maguire is 51. They have two children. Daughter Ruby Sweetheart is 19.
Son Otis Tobias is 17. All three of Meyer's children attended the wedding.
From Engagement to Altar
Meyer announced the engagement in August 2024. Her caption was short and joyful.
She wore a black Miu Miu minidress for the moment. A large diamond ring sparkled on her left hand.
Famous friends sent their love. Jennifer Garner, Kate Hudson, Vanessa Bryant, Kelly Rowland and Paris Hilton all congratulated her.
Bianca Gates also weighed in. She co-founded the shoe brand Birdies.
She praised the ring and called Meyer the "jewelry queen."
Meyer replied that the ring was all Ogunlesi's doing. She said it was a total surprise.
How the Couple Met the Spotlight
The pair were first linked in summer 2023. They made their red carpet debut that November.
The event was the annual Baby2Baby Gala. Meyer sits on the board of the Los Angeles-based nonprofit.
The group provides diapers, clothing and other basics to children living in poverty.
Ogunlesi is the founder and CEO of The Ogunlesi Group. The company handles entertainment and music management.

An Unusually Close Family
Meyer spoke about her family in May. She said everyone travels together. She said they share every holiday and every birthday.
She called Maguire an incredible father and an incredible ex-husband.
She said Ogunlesi and Maguire get along well. In her words, everything just works.
