Scot Loeffler: The Philadelphia Eagles have made a significant change with the hiring of Scot Loeffler as their new quarterbacks coach.

Loeffler was at Bowling Green for six years. There, he had a 27–41 record. He lead the team to bowl games in the last three seasons in spite of this.

Loeffler was an NFL player before he became a Bowling Green coach. He was the quarterbacks coach for the Detroit Lions in 2008. As a member of Urban Meyer's staff at Florida, he also worked with Tim Tebow.
Loeffler is now joining the Eagles at a vital moment. He will work closely with the new offensive coordinator, Kevin Patullo. Shane Steichen, who went on to become the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts, was replaced by Patullo.
